Tours of Central Print are available for groups of up to 25 participants.
Join us in-person for a tour. Sign up for a virtual tour for your class, club, or happy hour. Tours can be tailored to the participants’ area of interest (art prints, the letterpress process, evolution of fonts, or a certain period in print history).
All tours provide demonstrations of printmaking equipment in use, a detailed history of letterpress printing, and how the preservation of the historic printmaking equipment has relevance today. Pre-tour preparatory materials and follow-up activities are available for teachers upon request. Tours last 45 minutes with time for questions and answers after.
Add a hands-on print activity for your group. We will set up the press with a composition for each guest to make their own print to take home. Additional $5 per person.
