Monoprint Workshop for Young Artists and Caregivers

Are you looking for an opportunity to get creative with a young artist? Participants in the Monoprint Workshop will design and cut stencils and practice methods of monoprinting with letterpress equipment. You will create fabulous animals and environments with pressure printing and trace monoprint techniques.

Recommended age for child participants is 5+.

Carrie Keasler is an artist, writer and educator who specializes in the merging of text and imagery. Her artistic practice includes drawing, printmaking, and zine-making, combining reflections on personal experience with encounters with film, music and literature. She is an experienced educator and collaborator who has worked in elementary classrooms and community centers. Carrie especially enjoys facilitating bookmaking and poster design projects with individuals and groups. 

Cancellation Policy: Central Print reserves the right to cancel workshops and classes to adjust for enrollment. If a workshop or class is cancelled by Central Print, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy: Notice of withdrawal from a workshop must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be given for withdrawals made after that time. No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed due to illness, personal conflict, or other reasons. Please email carrie@centralprint.org to withdraw from a workshop.
