Fakes and Forgeries: A Three-part Workshop Series

Do you like to collect paper ephemera and get excited when you see a box of old photos? This workshop series is for all those collectors and artists who would like to create ephemera that could fool the eye. From paper movie props to illustrations in epistolary novels and conceptual art projects, “fakes” are part of our cultural currency. We’ll cover the basics in typesetting with tips and tricks for printing on vintage materials to give your forgeries antique authenticity. Advanced printers and beginners welcome. Bring a lunch or pick something up from Crown Candy.

Central Print presents three distinct workshops. Choose one or all three!
