Pronto Plate Lithography Class
Learn Lithography the non-toxic way- without harmful chemicals, limestone or the litho press. We will use pronto plates, a flexible and receptive media that allows for mark-making and image transfer methods. Create multi-layered prints while learning foundational printmaking processes such as plate-prepping, inking, registration, layering and editioning. At the end of this two-day class, you will have created beautiful and one-of-a-kind prints. The more playful you are, the better!
A $10 supply fee is added to the class fee to pay for plates and paper. All other supplies are included in price.

Kenya Mitchell is a St. Louis native and Webster University graduate whose work is deeply rooted in personal experience, faith, identity, and the cultural richness of her community. Through printmaking, painting, textiles, and digital media, she explores life's complexities, challenging viewers to look beyond surface-level answers while embracing everyday moments.

Cancellation Policy: Central Print reserves the right to cancel workshops and classes to adjust for enrollment. If a workshop or class is cancelled by Central Print, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy: Notice of withdrawal from a workshop must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the class. No refunds will be given for withdrawals made after that time. No refunds or credits will be given for classes missed due to illness, personal conflict, or other reasons. Please email carrie@centralprint.org to withdraw from a workshop.
